WHAT WE DO

We’re proud to offer a complete end to end solution for our customers. From CAD design, prototyping and 3D printing to tool making, casting, machining and finishing – everything you need to ensure the success of your casting.

We work with non-ferrous materials for a wide range of applications, including aluminium gravity die casting. Additional processes including powder coating, anodising, pressure testing, and machining.

INDUSTRIES

Roston Castings supplies high quality alumium castings to a range of technically demanding industries including automotive, aerospace, agriculture, rail, food production, engineering and construction.

We know that when it comes to critical applications like these, only the highest standards will do. Our deep understanding of these industries and their expectations are supported by the long-standing relationships with clients like JCB, Dennis Eagle, Broxap, NES Industrial Supplies and many more.

QUALITY

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on ensuring meticulous detail is taken at every step of our casting process.

Only through the highest standards of process can we ensure the high-quality products that our customers need. Since 2015, we have maintained ISO9001 accreditation (previously known as BS5750) which remains central to all quality processes in our foundry.

ENVIRONMENTAL

At Roston Castings, we are committed to minimising our impact on the natural environment and promote a greener future for all. Through achieving environmental credentials and continual improvement, we’re always looking for new ways to be more environmentally friendly.

Our foundry is powered by sustainable energy produced by the river Dove in winter utilising hydropower, this can help us reduce energy costs by up to 50%. Additionally, recent expansion to our production facility includes solar panels to further reduce demands on non-renewable energy.

Furthermore, we only use recycled secondary graded aluminium ingot to our own specifications within BS and ISO to help alleviate reliance on raw natural resources and promote circular production.
